Zoe Escoffier offers a "custom selection" option allowing users to choose a photo from the website by indicating the reference of the chosen photograph in the "message to seller" section of the shopping cart. These references can be found in the descriptions of the photos in the "country" galleries of the "travel photos" section of the website.

The buyer is also invited to provide their phone number to facilitate necessary exchanges for the realization of custom orders.

If the chosen visual is incompatible with the desired format (e.g., format choice vs. the original photo’s resolution), the buyer will be notified via email. If no alternative visual is agreed upon, the order will be canceled and refunded within 14 days in accordance with our refund policy.

Article 3: Validity of Sales Offers

Most products are made to order (photo prints, fine art prints, photo canvases). Some products, such as postcards or calendars, are available for sale until stock runs out. In case of an order for an unavailable product, the customer will be informed as soon as possible via email.

Article 4: Product Pricing

Zoe Escoffier reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.

The online shop displays prices in euros, including all taxes, and shipping costs within Mainland France and Corsica.

For international shipping, additional postage fees will apply to cover long-distance shipping costs.

The refund will be issued by check, to the credit card used for the purchase, or via PayPal within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the returned product or order cancellation. However, products returned damaged due to the buyer’s fault will not be refunded.
